I recently had the honor and priviledge of opening for NeedToBreathe at the Harris Center. It was through the hard work of an organization called Kids Helping Kids (Sacramento). They are an amazing non-profit that helps kids in the community. They put on an annual talent competition called “Sacs Got Talent” which I competed in and won. My prize was getting to open for Dave Barnes and NeedToBreathe at their 6th Annual Gala event on Jan 11, 2018. I performed my original song “Prisoner” (based on the book “King’s Cage” by Victoria Aveyard), in front of 850 people on the biggest stage I’ve ever been on! (My live performance can be found on my Youtube channel.) It was a thrilling experience, one that I will never forget! This is my 3rd NeedToBreathe cover, I just love their music because it is so inspiring! I am ever so grateful for the support and encouragement of my friends & family and all my music teachers. A special thank you to my piano teacher Jamin for the awesome guitar track! Thank you so much to all of you for your support in watching my videos and for your encouragement to keep doing what I love, writing songs and performing music!
